[*][b]In your own words, what makes a good commander?:[/b] Someone who is willing to take advice, looking into each detail of their plan, making back up plans if it goes wrong, and keeping their head on during high stress senarios. [*][b]Describe your commanding style:[/b] Blunt, doesn't bull shit excuses, harsh, and unforgiving if you do something worthy of it. [*][b]How would you run your battalion?:[/b] To the ground, I would not let a single solider complain about being bored. Making them do constant training, tasks, etc to keep them occupied and busy. Or sending them to help others or go about to complete tasks for underhanded battalions. Otherwise it would be based on the parameters of the battalion. If it were defensive have them patrol the walls/ship. If offensive train the firing line and preform sims. [*][b]How would you go about choosing an XO for your battalion?:[/b] Someone the battalion trusts as a whole, someone who is well liked within the battalion, and finally someone that hasn't messed up leading squads or other tasks while I've been away.
